MDT MINNESOTA

Ava Wood is a 2026 graduating senior at Eastview High School in Apple Valley. She is a 5-year Varsity member of Lightning Dance Team where she won 4 State Championships, 10 Section Championships and 5 Overall Conference Championships. She was selected as the Athena Award Winner as the most outsanding female athlete at Eastview High School for the 25/26 school year. She also trains and competes for Studio 4 Dance.

Ava has represented Team MN at nationals for 4 years and in 2026 took home the title of Miss Dance Team at the Dance Team World National Championships.

Ava will attend the University of Minnesota in the fall of 2026 and will be a member of the U of M Dance Team. Go Gophers!!!
